Marassi North Coast is a large-scale, integrated tourism destination located on the Mediterranean Sea in Egypt. Developed by Emaar Misr, the project is located on a 1.5 million square metre plot of land, and will feature a variety of residential, commercial, hospitality, and entertainment offerings.

The project will feature a variety of residential offerings, including villas, townhouses, and apartments. It will also include a variety of commercial and hospitality offerings, such as a shopping mall, a marina, a golf course, and a variety of restaurants and bars.

The project is located in the heart of the North Coast, one of Egypt’s most popular tourist destinations. It is close to a variety of attractions, including the Great Pyramids of Giza, the Red Sea, and the Mediterranean Sea.

Marassi North Coast is being developed with sustainability in mind. The project is designed to use renewable energy sources, such as solar power, and will feature green spaces and other environmentally friendly features.
